You don’t have to get up at five or six o’clock in the morning. And I actually encourage you not to do that. Because all those articles that tell you “if you want to be super productive, make sure you get up at five o’clock in the morning?” That may work for some people, but if you have a child who is struggling with sleep issues then, waking up at five or six in the morning is not going to be productive.
I have two kiddos on complete ends of the spectrum-- a daughter with Aspergers and ADHD...and
