Mama to three spunky kids, with two on the spectrum. Met my tall, dark, and handsome husband when I was 19.
Most days, you’ll find me with a cup of coffee in one hand, surrounded with piles of unread books (and half-folded laundry) when I'm not chasing my herd of not so tiny humans in our backyard.
I help autism mamas simplify autism mom life, so you can focus on the things and people who matters most.
A LETTER TO THE Autism mom
I'm writing you this letter to let you know just how amazing you are. You've traded in your supermom cape for the warrior mom cape.
keep fighting for your child
Pssst... in case you’re feeling defeated lately by this whole motherhood gig and parenting a special needs child.... can I just tell you that you’re an incredible mom?
MORNING ROUTINES FOR THE AUTISM MOM
You’ll find that incorporating mundane tasks into daily routines will change you. I find I’m more grateful, and gracious. I’m a much kinder, and more pleasant person to be around
(I hope!), and I just have more energy.
"When you're living on purpose, it doesn't matter what someone else's journey looks like. We are all in this together."
"Maybe you can live a full and beautiful life in spite of the great and terrible moments that will happen right inside of you."
"Be messy and complicated and afraid and show up anuyways."
"There is a vitality, a lie force, an energy, a quickening that is translated through you into action and because there is only one of you in all of time, this expression is unique. And if you block it, it will never exist through any other medium, and be lost. The world will not have it."
